Features
Pingboard covers the full life of an incident, from the first failed check to the public status update, without another dashboard nobody opens.
Watch any URL for status code, response time and a keyword in the body. Catch a broken checkout page even when the server still answers 200.
Check raw TCP ports and ICMP ping for infrastructure that has no web page. Get warned weeks before a certificate or a domain lapses.
Give a scheduled job a heartbeat URL to call. If it does not check in on time, Pingboard treats the silence itself as the incident.
Publish component status and incident history at status.yourcompany.com. Update it in seconds when something breaks, close it when it is fixed.
Page the on-call engineer first, then escalate to a backup and a manager if nobody acknowledges. Rotate schedules by day, week or custom shift.
Every check runs from several regions at once. An incident only opens once more than one region agrees, so a single bad network path never pages you at 3 a.m.
How it works
No agent to install for a public web check, no consultant call. Three steps and Pingboard is already watching.
Paste the address you want watched, pick a check type and an interval from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Pingboard starts checking immediately.
Pick a channel, a contact and an escalation path. Pingboard pages the right person first and escalates on its own if nobody responds.
Group monitors into components, add your domain and share the link. Incidents and scheduled maintenance post to it automatically.
What your customers see
Every monitor rolls up into a component on your status page. When a check fails, Pingboard opens an incident automatically; you only have to write the update.

Still have questions?
Email our support team at support@pingboard.us.ci. A real person replies within one business day.
A check failing once does not open an incident. Pingboard retries from a second region before it alerts anyone, which keeps a single flaky network path from paging you for nothing.
Checks run as often as every 30 seconds on Business, every 1 minute on Pro and every 5 minutes on Free. You can set a different interval per monitor.
Yes, on Pro and Business. Point a CNAME at Pingboard, add your domain in settings, and the page serves over HTTPS with a certificate we manage for you.
Build a schedule, set an acknowledgement window, and add one or more escalation steps. If the first responder does not acknowledge in time, Pingboard pages the next step automatically.
Yes. Install the Pingboard private agent inside your network and it reports check results back over an outbound connection, with no inbound port to open.
